These terms describe general conditions for using WhiteHatData websites and software services, including HomeOps.

Services and authorized use
WhiteHatData provides business software, automation and reporting services. HomeOps is a field-service management application for scheduling, coordination and service communications. Users must have authority to act on behalf of the organization whose account they use and must comply with applicable law and any separate customer agreement.
Accounts and customer information
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate information, controlling authorized user access, and using the software only for legitimate business activities. Customers must have an appropriate basis to enter customer contact information and send operational communications.
Connected email accounts
Connecting Gmail or another supported email provider is optional and requires the account holder's authorization. By connecting an account, the user authorizes HomeOps to send permitted business communications using that account according to enabled functionality. Users may disconnect their account or revoke provider authorization. Email delivery depends on the connected provider's policies, limits and availability.
Acceptable use
Do not use WhiteHatData or HomeOps to send spam, misleading or unlawful communications; violate privacy rights; attempt unauthorized access; or disrupt services. Communications must comply with applicable consent and messaging requirements.
Availability and changes
Features, availability and integrations may change. Beta or staging functionality may be incomplete. Additional terms in a signed services agreement, if any, govern where they conflict with this general website notice.
